Exton Park
Featuring playgrounds, pet friendly water stations, a sand volleyball court and a ½ mile of walking trail that tells a story created by Chester County Library, Exton Park is one of the best places to host a picnic near Ashbridge. The park consists of a whooping 701 acres of natural land, open fields, woodlands, hillsides, and streams. Enjoy views of wildflower meadows and plenty of shade to go around. Miller Park
If you’ve ever been to the West Whiteland Township Summer Concert Series, then you already know that Miller Park is a favorite spot for picnicking. Located along Waterloo Boulevard, the 20-acre park is host to a gazebo, three newly resurfaced tennis courts, a basketball court, a tot-lot playground, as well as a pavilion. Whether you’re hoping to lay upon a blanket in the grass or sit at the picnic tables by the pavilion, Miller Park is a popular spot so you’re bound to see lots of friendly faces during your visit. Roscioli Park
Roscioli Park is quite popular in Exton thanks to the park being home to one of our town’s little league fields, but it’s also a great spot for picnicking in the fall.
